LEARNERS ACADEMY PLUS ENROLLMENT

The enrollment process to Learners Academy Plus Learning Center is simple and convenient. Please visit us at our center to attend for a tour. If you have already had a tour or are still awaiting one you may pick up an application or download and fill out the form below.

After you have filled out your daycare registration form please bring it in, along with medical records and a birth certificate for your child. Once your application is turned in, our child care administration will review it and set up an enrollment date.

You can print the forms and bring them in or download them and email to us. Instructions for email the forms are below. If you have questions regarding the forms, call us at 614-392-1415 us and we’ll help you through it. For details click here.

3. Complete the form

4. Select “Save As” from the File menu to save the form with your child’s name

5. Add the form as an attachment to an email

6. Send to the email with your Childs First and Last name in the subject to: enrollment@learners1stacademy.com
